  • Make sure you set aside at least 10 minutes every day for meditation practice (You may extend this time slowly as your practice develops)

  • Choose a comfortable position that will allow you to be still for an extended period (sitting upright or laying down)

  • Choose a calming environment free from distractions (if possible)

  • Focus on your breathing – inhale deeply through your nose then exhale out through your mouth

  • Be patient with yourself – don’t expect immediate results but instead enjoy each moment of your meditation practice

  • Stay Consistent: with regular practice you will begin to notice the positive effects that meditation brings into your life.
