Revive Mental Wellness was created to help increase the accessibility to residents of Idaho in need of mental health care medication management. We provide in-patient and telehealth appointments. With the world today, telehealth provides a safe, secure platform to discuss and treat your mental health with a provider from the comfort and safety of your own home. Here at Revive, we know how poor mental health and an unhealthy brain can impact day to day life. Untreated mental illness can cause emotional, behavioral and physical health problems that can lead to the unhappiness and decreased enjoyment of life. We specialize in bipolar disorders, anxiety disorders, depression, insomnia, schizophrenia and ADHD.

Our Services

Revive Mental Wellness treat patients ages 10 years old to 60 years old. We specialize in a variety of mental health condition's including:

  • Bipolar Disorders: We help individuals manage the highs and lows of bipolar disorder, offering strategies and support for a more stable, balanced life.

  • Anxiety Disorders: Whether it’s general anxiety, social anxiety, or panic attacks, we provide tailored treatments to help you regain control.

  • Depression: Our comprehensive approach to depression treatment helps patients find relief and rediscover joy in their daily lives.

  • Insomnia: Quality sleep is essential for mental health, and we specialize in treating insomnia, so you can rest easy.

  • Schizophrenia: Our team works to support individuals with schizophrenia, providing the tools and resources needed for a better quality of life.

  • ADHD: With personalized care, we help those struggling with ADHD improve focus, organization, and overall well-being.
     

Each patient is unique, and that’s why we take a personalized approach to treatment. We focus on understanding your individual needs, concerns, and goals to create a plan that works best for you.

No matter where you're located, we are here to help you take the first step toward mental wellness.


The initial evaluation is a 1-hour long visit with a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who specializes in mental health designed to diagnose emotional, behavioral, or developmental conditions or disorders. 

You can expect follow-up visits to last up to 30-minutes which will provide adequate time to discuss your mental health treatment with your provider.

At the end of each appointment, the provider uses shared-decision making with the patient to determine the best course of treatment.

Meet Our Staff

Jynnah Snow, PMHNP-FNP, has both training and experience in primary care and mental health. Her nursing career started in 2013, where she worked as a cardiac nurse for three years and labor & delivery for two years. Originally, her goal was to become a provider who specializes in women's health, but after practicing at a clinic that treated both primary care and mental health; she found her true passion for mental health. With her combined experience as a family nurse practitioner and mental health provider, she meets our mission in providing compassionate, informed and evidence-based care from a holistic approach. Jynnah is passionate about developing therapeutic relationships with each and every patient while working alongside them in shared-decision making to create an effective treatment plan. She understands that every individual and their needs are unique. Through careful monitoring and on-going patient care, she strives to work hard to improve the patients mental health and reach their treatment plan goals.
